Dale Seif

Dale Seif is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of legal experience in Ohio. He focuses his law practice in business transactions and planning, collections, municipal law, complex commercial real estate and development, trust and estate planning and administration, and in serving as counsel for local governments and plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and mass tort matters. He maintains a broad range of legal experience and leverages an exceptional team of legal professionals to provide his clients with the strongest protection, the best outcomes, and a focus on efficient, practical resolution. Dale earned his B.A. in Finance from Ohio University in 1999 and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2002, where he was the recipient of the Harter Award.

Andrew Pfeifer

Andrew Pfeifer earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2018 and his B.S. from Franklin University in 2013. A Chillicothe native, Andrew was both born and raised in the community he continues to call home. After completing his education, he returned to Southern Ohio to build his practice and serve the region that shaped him.
Andrew is married to his wife, Lyndsie, a Family Physician with OhioHealth. Together, they are the proud parents of two children, Edyn and Emmett.

Jenny Legg

Jenny Legg has served as a paralegal for 18 years.  Her current areas of concentration include estate administration, real estate, and administrative services.
She resides in Pike County with her husband and son.

Tracy Legg

Tracy has over 10 years of paralegal experience in private practice and 10 years of legal experience working as the Assignment Commissioner in the Common Pleas Court. Her current area of concentration is tax collections and civil litigation.


Emily Goode

Emily Goode is a collections and litigation paralegal with five years of experience in Ohio's complex healthcare and collections landscape. She specializes in Medicaid Estate Recovery and serves as a key member of the Collections practice at Seif & Pfeifer, where she provides essential support in case management, legal research, document preparation, and client communication.

Her background in education, including a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education (ELA/Social Studies) and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, has equipped her with strong organizational, communication, and management skills that translate effectively to paralegal work. These capabilities enable her to manage complex case files, coordinate with multiple parties, and ensure clear communication throughout the collections process.
